<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Mizzen+Main is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Process all customer transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor through effective and visual merchandising, folding, hanging, and replenishment of inventory.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Execute store operations including opening/closing procedures, stockroom organization and replenishment, and daily upkeep tasks, while always prioritizing customer service.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay up to date on in-store and online promotions, events, and new product launches to provide customers with timely and relevant information.</span></li>
