&lt;li&gt;Prepare and serve all coffee and tea beverages to a consistently high standard, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and non-dairy alternatives.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure coffee machinery is properly maintained, cleaned, and calibrated daily to guarantee product quality.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Engage with members in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, taking time to learn individual preferences and deliver personalised service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station and service area in line with hygiene and health &amp;amp; safety standards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and related supplies, and communicate with management for timely ordering and replenishment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
