Business Process Innovation Specialist

Specific responsibilities:

• Solves the daily problems of the companie regarding logistics operations, sales, FI, marketing, material management in S/4HANA;
• Finds solutions for problems generated by the system;
• Transmits issues to EHQ or HQ through the VOC system, when necessary;
• Is in charge of the material database through the CIS (Code Information System) management system;
• Manages the company's Workflows based on the confirmation from Risk;
• Ensure good relationship with the ERP team in HQ;
• Participate in ERP-connected projects of different sizes;
• Prepares personnel for the correct use of ERP;
• Carry out research, tests and analyzes to find solutions that meet the needs of companies;
• Checks EDI messages and resolves any integration errors;
• Check and resolve XML integration errors between Hybris (SAP E-Commerce Cloud) and S/4HANA.

General responsibilities:

• Performs other duties requested by his superiors within the legal limits;
• Periodically reports on the results obtained versus objectives, analyzes them and give recommendations on future actions;
• Is responsible for the correct and timely fulfillment of his duties;
• For the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the tasks assigned to him, he is liable under the conditions of the disciplinary, conventional or criminal law, as well as materially whenever damage has occurred to the Company's patrimony due to the fault of the employee;
• Is hierarchically responsible for compliance with the provisions of the Internal Regulation and any other legal provision and is responsible for the exact fulfillment of the duties and tasks related to the position as well as the company's own instructions on occupational health and safety and fire prevention and extinguishing;
• Responsible for the correct maintenance and use of fixed assets and inventory items belonging to the Company that are provided and/or used directly;
• Responsible for respecting the absolute secrecy of the operations carried out by the Company and for keeping and handling confidential documents
• Responsible for the knowledge and correct application of all procedures and internal work rules;
• Knows and respects the Internal Regulations and all internal procedures;
• Performs any other task assigned by the direct manager subject to its legality and only in accordance with the field of activity.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as user support on several S/4HANA modules (preferably FI & SD & LE);
• Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects is a plus;
• Experience in implementing and maintaining EDI messages with XML processing;
• Experience in an EDI implementation project with a logistics partner;
• Experience in a SAP customization project;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Advanced English knowledge.
