Quality Assurance Specialist I

Performs various functions related to customer complaints to ensure the integrity of Mission Pharmacal products

Requirements

• Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and batch failures as required.
• Fields customer complaints from Mission Customer Service Department, Mission Pharmacal business customers, as well as other complaint sources.
• Performs complaint investigations as directed by Mission standard operating procedures.
• Works with department management and responsible parties to ensure timely completion of investigations.
• Tracks investigation-related action items to ensure completion.
• Communicates completed investigations to business customers.
• Assists the Quality Assurance Manager with audit preparation and audit support.
• Assists the Quality Assurance Manager with special projects.
• Performs additional Master Control administrative functions as assigned.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
