<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures using standard testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Repair, replace, align, adjust, and install machinery components and equipment. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Independently perform maintenance work orders with limited supervision. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documents. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, safety concerns, and operational deficiencies. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform routine welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as needed for repairs. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts usage, and completed work documentation within CMMS or maintenance tracking systems. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain inventory awareness and communicate parts/material needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide guidance and technical assistance to Jr. Mechanic employees as assigned.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in training lower-level mechanics on maintenance procedures and safety practices.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Work independently on moderately complex maintenance assignments.</span></li>
