Board Election & Shareholder Communications Advisor

Khibraty is seeking an experienced consultant to support individual board members seeking reelection in a Saudi closed joint-stock company.
The consultant will support individual board members seeking reelection by developing positioning, messages, and communication materials, and by coaching candidates on effective delivery.
Scope of work:

• Review company strategy and financial performance.
• Develop distinct positioning, key messages, and an electoral program for each candidate.
• Prepare shareholder presentations, speeches, and concise communication materials.
• Develop evidence-based responses to difficult questions on performance, accountability, and conflicts of interest.
• Coach candidates on presentation delivery and Q&A.

Relevant experience:

• Strategic, financial, and shareholder communications.
• Investor relations and corporate governance.
• Executive messaging, speechwriting, and presentation coaching.
• Professional Arabic writing and experience with Saudi companies.
• Direct experience supporting corporate board candidates is preferred.

Engagement:
Shortterm consultancy, with deliverables required within 5 days. Consultants should confirm availability and any team support needed.
The scope covers content development and coaching; publishing, advertising, and direct shareholder outreach are excluded.
