  • Analyze spend, purchasing trends, vendor utilization, and renewal activity to identify opportunities for cost savings, standardization, consolidation, and process improvement.
  • Maintain clear procurement documentation to support audit readiness, compliance, reporting, and institutional knowledge.
  • Advise internal teams on procurement processes, vendor engagement expectations, purchasing timelines, and best practices.
  • Assist with system testing, workflow improvements, reporting enhancements, and process documentation to improve procurement efficiency and visibility.
  • Perform other procurement, vendor management, reporting, or IT operations support activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work professionally with executives, business stakeholders, vendors, Finance, Legal, and Accounts Payable.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems; Coupa experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global, multi-location, consulting, professional services, or high-growth organization.
  • Experience with IT asset lifecycle processes, software renewals, vendor consolidation, contract tracking, and license management.
  • Knowledge of procurement controls, audit readiness, approval workflows, supplier risk, and contract compliance.
