About The Role

To manage collection and portfolio monitoring activities through evaluation of delinquency trends, assessment of recovery opportunities and implementation of measures supporting portfolio quality and risk mitigation.

Provide customer service both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to.
