&lt;p&gt;Buscamos uma pessoa Desenvolvedora Full Stack Pleno com forte capacidade técnica e visão de arquitetura, que atue na construção e evolução de sistemas escaláveis, performáticos e resilientes. É importante ter experiência com ambientes complexos, especialmente em projetos envolvendo plataformas legadas como VTEX, além de boa comunicação para atuar em times globais.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsabilidades:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Desenvolver, manter e evoluir aplicações full stack com foco em performance e escalabilidade&lt;br&gt;Participar de projetos de implementação e/ou migração de sistemas legados (especialmente VTEX)&lt;br&gt;Projetar e construir APIs, microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos&lt;br&gt;Atuar na definição de arquitetura de sistemas e boas práticas de desenvolvimento&lt;br&gt;Implementar melhorias de performance (cache, balanceamento de carga, tolerância a falhas)&lt;br&gt;Trabalhar com pipelines de CI/CD e automação de deploys&lt;br&gt;Garantir a observabilidade das aplicações (monitoramento, logs e alertas)&lt;br&gt;Atuar na identificação e resolução de incidentes e problemas em produção&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos obrigatórios:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Comunicação clara e fluente em inglês;&lt;br&gt;Experiência com pelo menos um ciclo completo de implementação ou migração de sistema legado (VTEX);&lt;br&gt;Sólida experiência com:&lt;br&gt;React&lt;br&gt;TypeScript e Node.js&lt;br&gt;E/ou Go&lt;br&gt;E/ou C#/.NET&lt;br&gt;Experiência na construção de APIs, microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos;&lt;br&gt;Forte conhecimento em modelagem de banco de dados;&lt;/p&gt;
