Operations ManagementImported listingfull-timeabout 4 hours ago

About The Role

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of projects and strategic initiatives for one of our largest customers, from initial planning through execution, monitoring, governance, and closure. This role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our customer’s priorities and strategy.
Working cross-functionally, the Program Manager partners with a wide range of internal stakeholders to drive alignment, clarify priorities, and maintain consistent momentum across the business operations and command center teams.
This position requires a highly motivated and self-directed individual who will take ownership of the customer account and make sure that operations are aligned with their needs. You will manage the existing business, take in new improvement ideas, and collaborate with both the customer and the internal business teams to prioritize them. You will ensure that projects are appropriately sized and measurable, and confirm that the right people and resources are available and assigned. You will also engage actively with your sales, business operations, and command center peers to enhance best practices, standards, tools, processes, and training related to project, program, and portfolio management.
Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of projects and strategic initiatives for a strategic global technology customer, from initial planning through execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.
  • Take ownership of the customer account, managing the existing business and ensuring operations stay aligned with the customer’s needs, priorities, and strategy.
  • Run intake for new improvements and ideas, and work with the customer and internal business teams to evaluate, prioritize, and schedule them.
  • Scope each initiative so it is appropriately sized and measurable, with clear objectives, milestones, success metrics, and owners.
  • Confirm that the right people and resources are available and assigned, and resolve priority or capacity conflicts before they put delivery at risk.
  • Establish program governance, including regular status reporting, risk and issue tracking, decision logs, and business reviews with customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business operations, command center, and sales teams to drive alignment, clarify priorities, and maintain consistent momentum.
  • Lead rollouts of new sites, shippers, pilots, and technology, including GPS tracking device deployment, training, customer-specific SOPs, and site readiness.
  • Oversee escalation management for shipment exceptions and security events, ensuring issues are resolved and root causes feed back into process improvements.
  • Review shipment, device, inventory, and program performance data to measure outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with sales, business operations, and command center peers to enhance best practices, standards, tools, processes, and training for project, program, and portfolio management.
  • Proven program or account management experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through closure, ideally for complex, high-volume enterprise customers.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with strong ownership and accountability: proactively manages issues from identification through resolution with consistent follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to size, scope, and measure projects, and to secure and align the people and resources needed to deliver them.
  • Experience running program governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and customer business reviews.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across customers, operations teams, vendors, and internal teams, with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, locations, and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
  • Process-oriented, with experience developing and implementing SOPs, operational workflows, training, and new-site rollouts.
  • Logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience preferred, particularly within complex or high-value shipping environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and business intelligence tools such as Excel and Power BI; comfortable working in shipment-visibility and tracking platforms.
  • English language proficiency.
