Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Operations & Compliance Monitoring:
• Monitor NADI operational performance, service availability, and Technical Partner SLAs across all centres. Identify and escalate service disruptions or non-compliance issues to ensure strict alignment with MCMC KPI requirements.
• Incident & Escalation Support:
• Support the resolution of operational incidents and service disruptions by coordinating with Technical Partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely service recovery.
• Audit & Site Visit Support:
• Support site assessments, NADI document audits, and compliance reviews by providing necessary operational records, coordinating site logistics, and assisting in the timely closure of audit findings.
• Process & Programme Support:
• Assist in implementing MCMC operational requirements, programme enhancements, and process improvements to aid overall operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Documentation & Governance:
• Maintain up-to-date operational documentation, reporting submissions, and compliance registers to ensure continuous audit readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
• Act as a key operational contact between MCMC, NADI operators, Technical Partners, Smart Services Operators, and internal teams to support NADI and Smart Services continuity and programme delivery.
