Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

1. Lead assigned CSR programme delivery

Develop and implement strategic objectives, delivery plans, and performance measures for assigned CSR programmes (eKelas, eKelas Usahawan). Lead cross-functional contributors and delivery partners, managing risks and driving improvements to ensure approved outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.

2. Drive eKelas participation, engagement and digital growth

Drive the strategic growth, usage, and engagement of eKelas as a premier digital learning and knowledge hub. Steer cross-functional efforts with content, digital, and communications teams, orchestrating high-impact content development, programme visibility, and engagement activities to exceed overarching corporate objectives.

3. Develop stakeholder relationships and partnerships

Lead stakeholder engagement—spanning both high-level strategic alignment and working-level execution—for assigned CSR programmes, including briefings, roadshows, and complex partnership discussions. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive high-impact collaboration, content, and co-creation opportunities.

4. Drive vendor performance, budgets and programme resources

Define, negotiate, and govern complex vendor deliverables within approved programme plans. Oversee expenditure, commitments, and variances against assigned budgets, and drive corrective actions to mitigate risks where delivery quality, timing, or cost is compromised.

5. Design CSR impact measurement and verification frameworks

Act as the subject matter expert to design, own, and institutionalise the measurement methodology and verification framework for corporate responsibility impact metrics. Ensure frameworks are rigorously aligned with recognised global standards (such as Social Return on Investment - SROI) to accurately quantify and demonstrate the strategic value of social impact to executive stakeholders.

6. Guide impact reporting and continuous improvement

Ensure impact reporting for relevant CSR projects (Menuju Gemilang, eKelas Usahawan, GEN AI) strictly aligns with recognised global frameworks. Review the completeness and substantiation of reported metrics, proactively driving the resolution of evidence gaps. Present substantiated impact updates to executive management and external stakeholders, and utilise data-driven insights to implement strategic improvements to programme design and execution.

7. Drive CSR governance and community initiatives

Actively shape and drive CSR policy reviews, formulating strategic updates to ensure robust governance. Evaluate and adjudicate complex donation, festive charity, and humanitarian proposals against approved criteria, providing expert recommendations to leadership.

8. Support strategic sustainability projects and initiatives

Provide high-level support in the planning and implementation of assigned sustainability projects. Translate overarching goals from the Head of Sustainability & CSR into actionable delivery plans, collaborating autonomously with relevant project owners to ensure seamless execution.
