Games Delivery Supervisor

As a Games Delivery Supervisor, you will lead and develop the release, testing, or live teams within the Games Delivery department, ensuring the overall delivery of our gaming portfolio.
The Games Delivery department oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of gaming content, including Games, Casino, and Poker. This team manages functional and regulatory testing, release coordination, and live environment monitoring to ensure operational success.
This position focuses on the successful running of day-to-day operations, with a commitment to the highest level of quality across all products. The role involves recruiting, managing, and coaching team members to ensure Games Delivery Coordinators meet the highest standards.

• Experience within a Games Delivery or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Gaming and Gaming Product.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to ensure high-standard delivery.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
• Keen interest in gaming products.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Jira.
• Recruit, manage, and coach Games Delivery Coordinators to achieve high-quality delivery.
• Ensure testing meets the required standards.
• Deliver releases for roadmaps on time.
• Create, maintain, and review test scripts for gaming product releases, projects, and apps.
• Organize daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth cooperation.
