  • You are an impact maker: you focus, you choose, you drive — both in your own work and within the wider team & stakeholder landscape.
  • You are a team player: you realise that success doesn’t come from the individual, but comes from a strong team-up across functions & regions.
  • You have a strong professional marketing, B2B background, with experience in translating complex scientific or technical content into impactful programs and activation.
  • You don’t settle for “good enough” — you take pride in excellent execution and deliver work that drive results. You’re efficient because you know what matters — and what doesn’t.

Experience you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience across professional marketing, engagement, education, or program management, preferably within oral healthcare, healthcare, MedTech or a comparable environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing professional engagement programs, translating strategy into impactful activation.
  • Experience working with agencies and MarCom teams, from briefing through development and execution of professional and patient-facing materials.
  • Experience with student and university engagement programs, professional events and/or KOL engagement is a strong advantage.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines and stakeholders (like regulatory & compliance) simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional and international matrix organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of execution, ensuring (f.e. training, CRM) programs and deliverables are accurate, well-coordinated and delivered with excellence.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
