&lt;div&gt;Old Mission is looking for a Sales Trader for London that will build and maintain meaningful trading relationships on behalf of the firm. This individual will work with our institutional clients to execute their trading strategies, using Old Mission’s technology and global trading desks to deliver a positive and consistent experience.&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with our principal trading desks, serving as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external counterparties for ETF &amp;amp; Equities liquidity, as well as cross-selling services across the firm&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to travel and engage regularly with customers across EMEA&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Required Skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2+ years’ experience in a similar or aligned role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with execution venues in EMEA, including RFQ venues&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills and attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Team player and strong commercial go-getter attitude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Existing relationships with European Institutional clients is a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Additional language fluency is a plus, mainly German or Italian&lt;/li&gt;
