<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ideally 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within an international, matrix organisation.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in the Nordics region is an advantage, with the ability to understand and navigate the local business environment.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Fluency in, or the ability to communicate in, one or more Nordic languages is an advantage.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">FMCG experience is advantageous, particularly within a branded, product-led and consumer-focused organisation.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Broad business acumen and the ability to connect financial performance with wider business objectives.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, organisational and presentation skills.</span></li>
