We are seeking a dedicated, full-time recruiter who is passionate about building relationships, networking, and connecting qualified candidates with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate outreach through successful placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Develop and expand networking opportunities to generate new connections and referrals.
• Utilize our existing candidate database and provided leads to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and clients.
