&lt;li&gt;Conduct traffic operations and safety analyses for rail grade crossings and associated roadway projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare preliminary and final design plans, specifications, and engineering calculations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate drafting of project deliverables and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain client relationships, including local and state transportation agencies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Represent Benesch at industry and professional events&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Experience working with public agencies and municipalities; state DOT experience preferred&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of traffic operations, signal design, safety analyses, and roadway design&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency with CADD, Synchro, GIS, and other traffic modeling or design software&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage project deliverables, and mentor staff&lt;/li&gt;
