Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience? Belong Birkdale is looking for a friendly and reliable Bistro Assistant to join our team in our brand-new village.
At the heart of every Belong village is a family-friendly Bistro where customers, relatives, friends, and members of the local community come together to enjoy great food and great company. As a Bistro Assistant, you'll help create memorable experiences, whether serving lunch in the Bistro, preparing light meals and refreshments, or supporting private events and celebrations.
What you'll be doing:

• Providing outstanding customer service to residents, relatives, and visitors
• Preparing and serving light meals, snacks, and refreshments
• Operating tills and handling cash transactions
• Supporting Bistro events and functions
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
• Working as part of a supportive and friendly team

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a positive and customer-focused approach
• Enjoys working with people and as part of a team
• Has experience in catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
• Is reliable and flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Has a Food Hygiene Certificate or is willing to work towards one
