You act as a quality architect for a complex business domain, partnering with Product and Engineering to &quot;shift left&quot; and bake quality into the design. You combine deep technical expertise with mentorship, driving test automation, AI adoption, and a culture of quality ownership across your team.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Drive Strategy:&lt;/strong&gt; Champion the &quot;Shift Left&quot; approach, utilizing the V-Model to map acceptance criteria to unit, integration, and regression levels.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Automate Everything:&lt;/strong&gt; Build and own the test infrastructure, coding robust automation for all acceptance suites within our CI/CD pipelines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Innovate:&lt;/strong&gt; Implement AI-driven testing tools to accelerate test case generation and visual regression checks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coach &amp;amp; Mentor:&lt;/strong&gt; Guide engineers on TDD/BDD practices, ensuring the entire team writes high-quality, testable code.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quality Gatekeeper:&lt;/strong&gt; Challenge requirements early to ensure they are unambiguous, complete, and fully testable before a single line of code is written.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How About You&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tech Stack:&lt;/strong&gt;.Senior-level proficiency in Java is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one other language (Python or JavaScript), with the ability to code complex automation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tooling Expert:&lt;/strong&gt; Hands-on mastery of frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and CI/CD configuration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Methodology:&lt;/strong&gt; Deep understanding of the SDLC, the V-Model, and how to define provable acceptance criteria.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Forward-Thinking:&lt;/strong&gt; Experience with or a strong desire to apply AI testing techniques to modern quality challenges.&lt;/li&gt;
