<p>We are building the Customer Lifetime Orchestrator — an omni-channel marketing and customer engagement platform that helps banks engage end customers and influence financial behaviour.<br>As Senior SDET, you own quality for this domain together with the engineering team: test strategy, automation completeness, and the team's ability to execute effectively. This is a hands-on test design and automation role — not a downstream QA handoff.<br>You will partner with Product, UX, and full-stack engineers (web, mobile, backend, AI-assisted features) to shift quality left and scale automation.</p>

<p>Define and execute test strategy and test plans per release (scope, risks, schedule, entry/exit criteria).</p>

<p>Co-author acceptance criteria and Gherkin scenarios with Product; act as quality gatekeeper before releases.<br>Build and maintain Playwright web E2E tests for real-world customer journeys across engagement channels.<br>Govern mobile E2E strategy (Android/iOS) with engineers; use device-farm/matrix testing.<br>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD with GitHub Actions (smoke, regression, quality gates).<br>Manage test environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.<br>Use Grafana (or similar) to analyse test results and improve feedback loops.<br>Combine automation with exploratory and manual testing for edge cases; reduce flakiness and improve parallelization.<br>Coach engineers on TDD, BDD, contract tests, synthetic data, and shift-left practices.<br>Advocate AI-assisted testing (generation, visual regression, maintenance).</p>

<p><strong>Required</strong><br>5+ years as SDET or hands-on QA with an automation-first mindset.<br>Strong test planning and acceptance-criteria design with Product/UX.<br>Playwright (web), Espresso (Android), XCUITest (iOS).<br>Java and JavaScript/TypeScript; Angular SPA, mobile, microservices.<br>API testing (REST, Postman, RestAssured or equivalent).<br>CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), BDD/Gherkin, web and mobile E2E.<br>Cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.<br>Device/browser farms (Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, or equivalent).<br>Git/GitHub, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).<br>Non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility, localization).<br>Excellent communication in distributed teams (India, Vietnam, Europe).<br><strong>Nice to have</strong><br>Digital banking, martech, or campaign/engagement management.<br>Performance testing (k6, Gatling, JMeter).<br>SaaS or enterprise software testing experience.<br>AI/ML product testing; XRay, CucumberStudio, SonarCloud, security tooling.<br><strong>What we offer</strong><br>Premium customer-facing platform used by leading banks worldwide.<br>Shape quality engineering across web, mobile, backend, and AI orchestration.<br>Global, distributed team with core hours in India and overlap with Europe.</p>
