SAM Pro / SaaS License Management Specialist

<p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for a <strong>SAM Pro / SaaS License Management Specialist</strong> with strong ServiceNow experience to support software asset management, SaaS license optimization, integrations, and platform development.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Normalize and rationalize <strong>18K+ software models</strong>, distinguishing applications from IT components.</li>
<li>Manage software entitlements, identify unused licenses, and drive <strong>license reclamation and cost savings</strong>.</li>
<li>Configure <strong>ServiceNow SaaS License Management</strong> and determine which SaaS applications should be tracked.</li>
<li>Build <strong>web gateway, SSO, and expense-data integrations</strong> to feed usage data into SaaS License Management.</li>
<li>Develop scheduled data feeds to the portfolio platform, replacing manual REST-based data pulls.</li>
<li>Implement application attributes such as <strong>criticality, purpose, and data classification</strong>.</li>
<li>Configure <strong>owner attestation and promotion workflows</strong>.</li>
<li>Build and maintain <strong>CMDB Health dashboards</strong> and reporting.</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders to improve software governance, data quality, and license optimization.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>ServiceNow SAM Pro / Software Asset Management</strong> and <strong>SaaS License Management</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>software model normalization, entitlements, license reclamation, and SaaS application tracking</strong>.</li>
<li>ServiceNow platform development and integration experience.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>IntegrationHub, REST/Table API, and Flow Designer</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience building integrations and scheduled data feeds.</li>
<li><strong>CIS-SAM</strong> certification preferred/strongly desired.</li>
<li><strong>CSA (Certified System Administrator)</strong> certification preferred.</li>
