&lt;p&gt;Sol de Janeiro is a global brand seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CIM (Ariba) and Coupa Treasury, a strong understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments while maintaining robust internal controls and supporting broader financial operations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Be Working On&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Review and process supplier invoices in NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA and SAP CIM (Ariba), ensuring accuracy and proper approvals in alignment with company policies.&lt;br&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Manage invoice workflows and perform 3-way matching for purchase orders and receipts.&lt;br&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Process payment runs (ACH and Wire Transfers) in Coupa once a week.&lt;br&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.&lt;br&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Partner with Procurement to facilitate supplier onboarding, including conducting supplier verification calls.&lt;br&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Monitor the AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries related to invoices, payments, and purchase orders.&lt;br&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.&lt;br&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Identify and support opportunities for process improvements and automation.&lt;br&gt;· &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Special projects as assigned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
