Key Responsibilities
* Generate new clients and sales opportunities.
* Conduct field marketing, client visits, and B2B sales.
* Build partnerships with offices, hotels, restaurants, and commercial establishments.
* Promote air-conditioning cleaning, installation, repair, and maintenance services.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on leads.
Qualifications
* Experience in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
* Basic knowledge of air-conditioning services is a plus.
