Qualitative Research Executive - IUU

We are recruiting one Qualitative Research Executive to support our growth in Vietnam!
PURPOSE
-
To be the quality pillar of the team, through an effective management of research projects.
RESPONSIBILITY
-
Work independently on different types of projects, and methodologies.
-
Coordinate market research projects from project commissioning to presentation of results.
-
Promote teamwork & build a positive internal relationship.
-
Daily contact with the client for execution.
-
Learn and master the fundamentals of market research.
-
Build a positive internal relationship.
-
Write DG, Topline & skeleton for Material Testing research.
-
Run IDIs, and IHVs for simple material testing and U&A research.
-
Join, have a point of view, and be able to put down agreed findings from report brainstorm into the skeleton.
-
Be one of the key moderators for Applife/ Online Community research.
-
Be able to guide & coach the new entrant in the qualitative process.
-
Supervised by 1 Senior Executive or Associate Research Manager or Research Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Background:
-
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in market research/researcher is a major advantage.
-
Master the qualitative process: do’s and don’ts.
-
Censydiam Basics.
-
Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel mainly).
-
Knowledge of basic statistics is an advantage.
Soft skills:
-
Good communication skills, written and oral, in Vietnamese and English.

Moderation skills - probing skills.
-
Interview time management.
-
Effective delegation.
-
Able to work effectively in a team and independently.

Very good time management skills.
Personality:

Education:
-
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies
