An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.Are you the one we are looking for?Responsibilities:<ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li>Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to define business objectives, data sources, and success criteria for analytics engagements</li><li>Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning data ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting/visualization layers</li><li>Produce architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and solution roadmaps that are clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Partner with project managers and engagement leads by serving as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle</li><li>Guide and review the work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to ensure solutions are built to the architected design and to firm quality standards</li><li>Contribute to internal capability building: reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architecture standards that improve delivery speed and consistency across engagements</li><li>Support pre-sales activity, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal or RFP responses</li><li>Directly manage a team including staffing, workload balancing, and day-to-day performance management, while mentoring them on architecture best practices and client delivery standards</li></ul>Requirements:<ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li>5- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions, from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers</li><li>Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ability to evaluate and recommend additional tools and systems</li><li>Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of data modeling approaches (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar)</li><li>Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require</li></ul>Compensation:<ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500 - $5,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</li><li>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</li><li>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</li></ul>Here are the steps for this process: Application review/approval &gt; Screening interview with GoFasti's team &gt; We build and send your profile to our client &gt; Profile review/approval by client &gt; Interview with the client &gt; Hiring and onboarding.<div class="content-conclusion">Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
