An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Run day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services</p></li><li><p>Own the property P&L: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and hitting revenue and profit targets</p></li><li><p>Drive revenue with sales and revenue management (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, group and event business)</p></li><li><p>Keep guest satisfaction and service quality high; monitor reviews and resolve escalations</p></li><li><p>Hire, train, and lead department heads and staff; set performance goals and build a strong service culture</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and brand or ownership standards</p></li><li><p>Oversee property upkeep, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects</p></li><li><p>Report regularly to ownership/executive leadership on performance and priorities</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>5+ years of hotel management experience, with at least 2–3 years as GM or Assistant GM</p></li><li><p>Proven P&L ownership and budgeting experience</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and sales</p></li><li><p>Experience leading multi-department teams</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and guest-relations skills</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred</p></li><li><p>Upscale/luxury or full-service hotel experience a plus</p></li><li><p>Reside in Jefferson Texas or vicinities</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500 - $5,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>></strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>></strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>></strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>></strong> Interview with the client <strong>></strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
