We're looking for a superstar to join our fun, friendly and fast-paced Coastal Babysitters team!
You know that person who can juggle multiple bookings and systems, think on their feet, solve problems and somehow keep everything running smoothly?
That's who we're looking for!
You'll be helping families find amazing babysitters, matching the right sitters with the right families, turning enquiries into bookings and keeping everything moving. When plans change or a booking needs filling, you'll jump on the phone, find solutions and get things sorted!
It's busy, rewarding, sometimes unpredictable and never boring!

Your background?
Travel, tourism or reservations experience? We'd love to hear from you!
But you could come from hospitality, sales, customer service or somewhere completely different.
We're looking for the right personality and natural ability, not a particular resume!
The good stuff

• $35–$40 per hour + super, depending on experience and suitability
• Be part of a local, family-owned business
• A genuinely fun, supportive team
• Rewarding work where you make a real difference
• Part-time: 2–3 days per week (approximately 14–21 hours)
• Shifts finishing at 5:30pm
• Some flexibility with working days
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts during busy periods and team leave is essential
• Office-based position
