Description
Job Summary
- Provide direct personal hygiene and care to the home care/hospice patient according to written plan of care.
- Document all patient encounters and care according to policy.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Qualifications
Education
High school graduate of GED. Must have certification as a certified nursing aide.
Experience
One year of healthcare experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities
Good communication and organizational skills.
