Housekeeper – Senior Living

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Workdays vary; weekend availability is required.
Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents. Spring Oak at Conway is seeking a dependable Housekeeper who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and recreational spaces according to housekeeping schedules.

Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wash windows, and maintain clean surfaces throughout the community.

Coordinate with the Wellness team to complete cleaning while respecting residents’ care needs and daily routines.

Prepare apartments for new residents, including moving furniture as needed.

Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry, linens, and towels.

Remove trash and dispose of waste safely.

Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Respect residents’ privacy, belongings, and preferences, including knocking before entering apartments.

A dependable, friendly individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compassion for seniors and patience when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.

Ability to follow cleaning schedules, instructions, and safe housekeeping practices.

Ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including standing, bending, and moving furniture as needed.

A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Availability to work varying days, including weekends.
