Job Summary

• Schedule patient visits to benefit the patient per physician orders.
• Maintain documentation of patient visits according to agency policy.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

Qualifications

Education

Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant and licensed in the state of Alabama required.

Experience

Two years' experience as a physical therapy assistant minimum. Experience in home care preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities

Should possess good organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and flexibility. Must be driven to work independently.
