<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment’s HR platforms, including UKG Pro, Lattice, Greenhouse, learning management systems, and connected applications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, security, and effective use of HR data and systems while supporting employee lifecycle record updates, system administration, reporting and analytics, integrations, compliance, and process improvements. The HRIS Administrator partners across the Human Resources team and across the organization--notably with Finance, Technology, and other stakeholders--to manage effective and scalable HR platforms and workflows.</span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage employee and manager self-service functions, organizational charts, and other HRIS administration and controls.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Prepare and validate HR data for salary surveys, workforce surveys, league reporting, audits, and other internal and external requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support platform management for other HR initiatives, including performance management, goal setting, employee surveys, and learning programs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews, including Workers’ Compensation and 401(k) audits.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work closely with Payroll to ensure data, functionality, and processes are up-to-date for smooth payroll processing.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting related to headcount, turnover, demographics, workforce trends, and other HR metrics.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to Human Resources and business stakeholders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BRING</strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">3–5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations, people analytics, or a related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience administering an HRIS; UKG Pro experience strongly preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with HRIS configuration, workflows, security roles, integrations, testing, and employee lifecycle processes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience developing reports and dashboards; Cognos Analytics experience preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of HR data management, governance, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>
<p>$90,000 - $110,000 base salary</p>
