Conveyancing Assistant

Driven Properties is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to ensure the smooth and efficient management of property transactions. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide vital support to our conveyancing team and assist with all aspects of the property transfer process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, scanning, and filing of transaction documents
• Follow up with clients and agents on outstanding document requirements
• Update transaction records in the management system
• Schedule DLD appointments and assist with submission logistics
• Handle routine client and agent queries relating to transaction progress
• Support the team with any administrative tasks as required
• 1+ year in a real estate administration or support role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• English required
