About The Role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, loves working with people, and is keen to be involved in both the front-office and clinical sides of a busy dental practice. You will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive a seamless and positive experience, while also providing valuable support to our clinicians.
Reception Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
  • Managing appointments and maintaining patient records
  • Processing payments and handling daily administrative tasks
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every patient interaction

Dental Assistant Responsibilities

  • Assisting clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures
  • Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
  • Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards
  • Managing stock and clinical supplies
  • Supporting a safe, organised, and efficient clinical environment

Hours

  • Monday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
  • Tuesday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
  • Wednesday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
  • Thursday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or customer-facing role
  • Dental Assistant experience preferred, although full training can be provided for the right person
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service
