Drafting Estimator

<p>At <strong>DuckWorks</strong>, we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support project estimation and coordination. You’ll help estimate costs and resources, organize project information, and keep clients and teams aligned to deliver high-quality millwork solutions.</p>

<p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p>

<p>Estimate project costs and resource requirements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Review architectural drawings and clarify missing or unclear information with clients or architects.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Set up project tasks and time allocations in <strong>Clockify</strong> and maintain progress trackers in <strong>Smartsheet</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Organize project folders, files, and communication channels.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Communicate project updates, potential issues, and changes to clients and colleagues.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help document estimating procedures and improve process efficiency and accuracy.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>
<p><strong>Advanced English proficiency</strong> and strong written and verbal communication skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Understanding of architectural drawings is desirable.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with <strong>Clockify and Smartsheet</strong> is a plus.</p>
