About The Role

Act as a QA engineer, contributing hands-on to our US Sportsbetting platform for Caesars Digital

Deliver high-quality test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements of the solution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, clarify specifications, and provide feedback on design and functionality.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 USD, which is dependent on several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.

Demonstrate proficiency in testing both iOS and Android mobile applications.

Analyze requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and scenarios.

Execute functional and regression testing to ensure the integrity and stability of the software.

Log, assign, and meticulously track defects using designated defect tracking tools.

Communicate effectively with both external and internal teams to convey testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

Sign off on new features and functionality after thorough testing and validation.

Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

Utilize your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough testing coverage.

Contribute to API/RESTful service testing efforts to validate system interactions.

Leverage your experience with the AWS platform to enhance testing capabilities

Demonstrate proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and familiarity with CI/CD processes in GitLab.

Show aptitude in one or more of the following areas: sports, sports betting, online games, casino games.

Collaborate closely with DevOps teams or have experience working alongside them.

Conduct non-functional testing to assess system performance, scalability, and security.

Think critically about risk, create test strategies, and validate the quality of testing plans and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Manual QA Engineer, preferably in a similar industry.

Proven experience in testing both web applications and mobile applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Experience with API/RESTful service testing.

Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly in GitLab.

Experience with the AWS platform.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Passion for sports, sports betting, online games, or casino games is a plus.

Experience working with or closely alongside DevOps teams is desirable.

Proficiency in non-functional testing is a plus.
