As a Product Manager at Wingo, you will be responsible for high-impact products and projects, from their conception to continuous improvement. You will contribute to the development of our digital solutions in the wireless and wireline domains, while leading initiatives related to artificial intelligence to improve the customer experience and support Wingo’s digital transformation.

  • Lead digital wireless and wireline products and projects, from conception through to production.
  • Define product needs, requirements, and priorities, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Take ownership of and develop AI initiatives, from identifying opportunities through to prototypes and deployment.
  • Work closely with development, QA, Product Management, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  • Translate customer needs and pain points into simple, intuitive, and high-value digital solutions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including regulatory changes, promotions, and continuous improvements.
  • Identify and assess opportunities related to AI, machine learning, and new technologies to enhance our products and customer experience.
  • Maintain an active watch on developments in telecommunications, digital technologies, and AI to keep Wingo at the forefront of innovation.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Product Management or Project Management within a technological and digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and telecommunications environments, ideally in the wireless and wireline domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end, from conception through to delivery.
  • Strong initiative, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer- and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to bridge customer needs, technical possibilities, and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at different levels and across various functions.
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of French or German; comfortable working in a dynamic and hybrid environment.
