The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, Infrastructure, you will provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Infrastructure team at CPP Investments. You will coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, communications and team initiatives, helping colleagues stay organized and focused on their priorities. Working collaboratively across departments and global offices, you will contribute to efficient day-to-day operations while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
The Team
CPP Investments' Real Assets department invests globally in real estate, infrastructure and energy assets, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainable value creation. Within Real Assets, the Infrastructure team focuses on large-scale infrastructure businesses, building a diversified portfolio of tangible assets designed to generate stable cash flows over the long term.
Accountabilities

  • Proactively coordinate complex calendars, internal and external meetings, conference calls and room bookings, collaborating with global offices to manage logistics.
  • Support meeting preparation, coordinate materials and follow up on action items to help the team stay organized.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, invoices and related approvals accurately and efficiently.
  • Create and format high-quality, on-brand communications, reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and visa requirements, as needed.
  • Organize departmental meetings, off-sites and team events, supporting logistics and execution.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion, coordinate key internal processes and collaborate with other administrative colleagues to improve team efficiency.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; a college diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Experience coordinating complex calendars, high-profile meetings, events, business travel and expense reimbursement processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear, professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and an interest in learning new technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Professionalism, sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information; experience in financial services or a related industry is an asset.
