JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Architect leads the design and coordination of architectural projects from concept to completion. The role is responsible for driving design excellence, client engagement, technical development and project delivery while guiding junior architects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The Senior Architect ensures that design intent, regulatory compliance and project standards are upheld throughout all stages.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead concept design, schematic development and detailed design for architectural projects.
• Drive design direction, prepare high-quality presentations and guide design teams.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, authorities and contractors across all project phases.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documents to ensure design integrity and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design or technical issues during construction.
• Prepare and manage authority submissions, ensuring adherence to planning and building regulations.
• Mentor junior architects, providing design and technical guidance.
• Support project planning, resource allocation and design workflow management.
• Participate in client presentations, stakeholder meetings and design reviews.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, timeline and cost objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• 6–10+ years of architectural experience in consultancy or multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong design, coordination and technical detailing skills.
• Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and design visualisation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Registration with the Board of Architects (Singapore) is preferred or must be eligible to apply.
