About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong packaging and production design experience to join a fast-paced consumer products environment.
In this role, you will create and update packaging, retail assets, product imagery, and production-ready design files, while ensuring strong visual consistency across multiple products and brand materials.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, operations, photographers, retouchers, and other creative partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong design skills with exceptional attention to detail and can confidently manage several projects at the same time.
This is a remote, full-time contractor opportunity for candidates based in LATAM, initially for 3 months with potential for renewal.
What You’ll Do

Design, update, and prepare production-ready packaging cartons and retail assets.

Create and maintain accurate design files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Work with packaging layouts, typography, imagery, color, and written content while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Maintain and apply brand and design guidelines across multiple products and assets.

Create and support 2D and 3D product and packaging visualizations.

Perform image retouching and coordinate with external retouchers when needed.

Review and proofread design files to ensure accuracy before production.

Ensure visual and color consistency across product imagery, packaging, and retail materials.

Independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines.

Coordinate with photography studios and other external creative partners.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Identify and resolve design or production issues proactively.
-
Support evolving creative workflows, including AI-assisted design processes where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
-
Strong experience in packaging, consumer products, retail, print production, or similar environments is highly preferred.

Advanced proficiency in:
-
Adobe Illustrator
-
Adobe Photoshop
-
Adobe InDesign
-
Strong hands-on experience with InDesign for multi-page layouts and production files.

Experience preparing artwork for print or packaging production.

Strong image retouching skills.

Ability to create high-quality 2D and 3D product or packaging renderings.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color consistency, and visual hierarchy.

Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.

Experience collaborating with external photographers, retouchers, printers, or creative vendors is a plus.

Exposure to or training in AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
English Level
Professional English proficiency – B2 or higher.
You should feel comfortable participating in meetings and collaborating with English-speaking stakeholders.

Working Conditions

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

Equipment: You must have your own computer and equipment suitable for professional graphic design work.

What Success Looks Like
You’ll be successful in this role if you consistently deliver accurate, polished, production-ready creative work on time, while maintaining strong visual consistency across products and adapting quickly when requirements or priorities change.
You’ll combine creativity with a production mindset—carefully checking typography, layout, color, imagery, copy, and specifications while taking ownership of your projects from design through final delivery.
