Job Description Summary
ECSI is seeking an experienced and dynamic National Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing our expanding national offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth across all 50 states. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer relations, and business development within the Limited Energy sector


Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner Development: Identify and establish partnerships with local contractors and suppliers across all 50 states to support project execution.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Invoicing and Financial Management: Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate financial reporting.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the national market, developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to ECSI management on project status, financial performance, and market trends.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, project management, or a related field within the Limited Energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the limited energy contracting industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Physical Requirements

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers and fax machines.
  • Employees are frequently required to sit, and occasionally required to kneel, reach, stoop, crouch or crawl.
  • This position requires the ability to lift files, open file cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
  • This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range:
$72,960.00 - $97,280.00

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only. In addition to base compensation, Hunt Electric offers a robust benefits plan.
