<h3 data-start="792" data-end="815">Position Overview</h3>
<p data-start="816" data-end="1257">We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for client service. <h3 data-start="1259" data-end="1285">Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1288" data-end="1383">Provide comprehensive litigation support for personal injury cases from intake through trial.</li>
<li data-start="1386" data-end="1474">Draft, file, and manage legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.</li>
<li data-start="1477" data-end="1560">Organize, review, and summarize medical records and other case-related documents.</li>
<li data-start="1563" data-end="1635">Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.</li>
<li data-start="1638" data-end="1745">Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders.</li>
<li data-start="1748" data-end="1812">Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met.</li>
<li data-start="1815" data-end="1862">Conduct factual and legal research as needed.</li>
<li data-start="1865" data-end="1959">Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-start="1961" data-end="1981">Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1984" data-end="2066">2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation.</li>
<li data-start="2069" data-end="2159">Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.</li>
<li data-start="2162" data-end="2249">Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and filing procedures in Texas.</li>
<li data-start="2252" data-end="2304">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li data-start="2307" data-end="2387">Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>
<li data-start="2390" data-end="2482">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management software is a plus.</li>
