What You’ll Do
- Work directly with client to help shape programmatic requirements for major airports across the U.S. and beyond.
- Develop, refine, and evaluate alternatives for passenger terminal, airfield, and landside facilities.
- Support planning studies by preparing compelling reports, visuals, and presentations.
- Assist with cost estimates, facility phasing, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.
- Provide on-site client support and contribute to design workshops and facility surveys.
- Mentor and provide direction to junior team members.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Planning, Aviation, or related field.
- Experience in airport planning, with strong expertise in terminal planning.
- Knowledge of how operations, passenger flow, facilities, and landside/airfield interfaces shape successful airports.
- Experience delivering and managing commercial terminal planning projects at medium or large hub airports.
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, or modeling tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding teams and engaging clients.
- Familiarity with U.S. and international airport planning standards, regulatory frameworks, and the customer experience dimension of modern airports.

Additional Information
Landrum & Brown is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,000 - $130,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
