ANALYST, ASSOCIATE FINANCIAL BTSSC-IM

SUMMARY
This position is accountable for the timely research and resolution of merchandise vendor disputes and inquiries in order to ensure proper payment and/or understanding of terms set forth in the vendor agreements. This includes fostering strong partnerships with the merchandise vendor, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain and Merchandising throughout the resolution process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for handling all aspects of individual vendor disputes
• Participate and contribute to the key initiatives of the department
• Reconciliation of large vendor's monthly statements
• Assist in department level process improvement projects
• Analyze reporting to identify vendor noncompliance
• Create and publish departmental metrics as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Area of Study: Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Years of Experience: Two to three years.
• Type of Experience: Relevant work experience
• Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Other/Preferred: Strong human relations, analytical, oral and written communication skills
