<p><strong>Patient Access Representative | Vail Health-Colorado Mountain Medical</strong></p>
<p>Be the first friendly face patients see when they arrive for care. As a Patient Access Representative, you'll help create a seamless, positive patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk support.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Welcome and register patients</li>
<li>Verify insurance and collect co-payments</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and procedures</li>
<li>Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation</li>
<li>Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Customer service and clerical experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work with technology systems</li>
<li>Healthcare or medical office experience preferred</li>
