About The Role

New Product Transfer & Industrialization

  • Support NPI / product transfer projects for X-Ray products.
  • Plan and execute line setup, including assembly layout, equipment, fixtures, and tooling.
  • Develop and deliver technology and process training to production teams.
  • Support P‑FMEA activities to identify and mitigate process risks.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and continuous improvement of fixtures and tooling.

Assembly Technology & Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement new assembly technologies and methods to reduce cycle time.
  • Optimize end‑to‑end production processes to increase efficiency and First Pass Yield.
  • Standardize work instructions and train relevant employees on new processes and best practices.

Troubleshooting & Customer Feedback Management

  • Lead shop‑floor troubleshooting for process deviations and product non‑conformities.
  • Analyze customer feedback / CPO cases, define short‑term containment actions, and drive root‑cause analysis.
  • Implement effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeat issues, supported by failure‑data analysis.
  • Define and improve defect‑parts functional test processes.

SAP & Technical Documentation Management

  • Maintain and continuously update BOMs, routings, and production master data in SAP with high accuracy.
  • Create and keep current process instructions (PI), work instructions, and related technical documents.
  • Collaborate with other functions to complete SAP settings for new products, processes, and materials

Act as Global Technical Interface

  • Serve as the key technical contact between local operations and global engineering/technology teams for structured light measurement products.
  • Align local process solutions, test strategies, and material selections with global standards and platform concepts.
  • Coordinate technical knowledge transfer, best‑practice sharing, and lessons‑learned across sites.
  • Contribute operational input to global design and technology roadmaps to ensure manufacturability and scalability.

Change Management (ECM II / ECR)

  • Support engineering change processes by assessing process impact and implementing changes on the production line.
  • Communicate ECOs to relevant stakeholders, organize training, and ensure timely and correct implementation.
  • Track and verify the effectiveness of changes in terms of quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Competency
Function relative Knowledge and Skills

  • Solid technical knowledge in X-Ray systems, mechanical and electronic, assembly, and the ability to optimize stable, high‑yield processes.
  • Strong process‑ and quality‑orientation, including experience with NPI, P‑FMEA, control plans, and data‑based improvement. Collaborate effectively in a global environment and communicate clearly in English with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Project and change‑management skills are essential to handle line setup, ramp‑up, and engineering changes smoothly.
  • High learning agility and an innovation mindset are required to adopt new technologies and standardize best practices.

Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree or above in Material Science or Electrical Engineering related major.

Experience

  • Experience of industry CT/X-Ray equipment application.
  • Experience of working instruction / New product transfer.
  • Project experience is preferred.
  • Global teamwork experience is neccessary.
  • Work with ERP(BOM/Routine) software, SAP experience is preferred.
