Winter Season Driver / Equipment Operator

About the Role:

As a Winter Season Driver / Equipment Operator you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers safe and their properties beautiful. If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a passion for winter work, this is a rewarding and challenging position that’s right for you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform winter season duties such as plowing and salting
• Operate truck with plow or other snow clearing equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors in winter weather.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Prior winter season experience is a plus but not required.
• Chauffeur driver license required. CDL-A strongly preferred
