About The Role

Provide excellent and professional customer service to all customers.
Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Develop good product knowledge and effectively communicate product features, benefits and ongoing promotions.
Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Assist with cashiering duties and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
Replenish merchandise and maintain neat, attractive product displays in accordance with the Company's visual merchandising guidelines.
Assist with receiving, checking, transferring and organizing stock.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
Support stocktaking and other inventory-related activities when required.
Adhere to Company policies, procedures and retail operational standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop in Charge.
Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Passionate about retail, sales and delivering excellent customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Able to commit to the agreed working schedule.
