As the AssociateDirector,Site Reliability, you will play a critical role in supporting the reliable production of life-changing medicines. Working closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams, you will develop and drive reliability strategies that improve equipment performance, increase system uptime, and support safe, compliant manufacturing operations.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do
- Develop and lead reliability strategies that improve asset performance, equipment uptime, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support site goals and regulatory compliance.
- Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives to prevent recurring equipment failures.
- Analyze maintenance and asset performance data toidentifytrends and improve reliability programs.
- Optimizeasset criticality assessments and spare parts strategies to support business continuity.
- Establish and monitor reliability andmaintenanceKPIs and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Support audits, continuous improvement activities, and new equipment projects to ensure long-term reliability and maintainability.
What we are looking for
- Significant experiencein reliability, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Experience leading complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment reliability practices.
- Experience using maintenance management and asset performance systems to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of cGMP environments, engineering standards, and maintenance best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.
