We are looking for an ambitious, motivated Business Analyst who combines technical data expertise with strong commercial understanding to deliver clear insights and strategic recommendations to Executive and Executive-1 stakeholders.
Based within Haleon’s Supply Chain, you will identify opportunities to reduce complexity across our product and formulation portfolio. You will analyse data and trends, translate complex findings into actionable insights for senior leaders, and help improve business performance across every region and category. You will work at pace, sourcing relevant data even when it is not readily available.
As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will develop, challenge and justify recommendations, presenting them clearly and persuasively for executive audiences. You will join a programme team driving Haleon’s supply chain transformation and report to the Complexity Reduction Data Lead.

Key responsibilities

  • Present reporting and generate insights on Supply Chain strategy for the Board, Executive Team and Executive Team-1.
  • Design, develop and deliver a standard reporting suite covering the overall performance of Haleon Supply Chain.
  • Act as business owner for the analytical cube being developed to support Supply Chain transformation.
  • Develop evidence-based recommendations for Category and Commercial teams on portfolio and product catalogue development.

Qualifications and skills
Essential

  • Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • At least two years’ experience in data analytics, with demonstrated expertise in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
  • Ability to interpret large data volumes and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Python, R or another language used for data analysis and statistics.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or a related function.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, supported by a solid understanding of business concepts.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
